Per the Community Manager's Office,
the walking path is CLOSED until further notice.
For your own safety,
please do not use the walking path
until advised that it has re-opened.

PLEASE do not feed birds, squirrels, etc.
(either in your own yard or in common areas).
This can attract larger, more aggressive animals to areas frequented by residents and their guests.
It is against the law in Florida to feed alligators,
so please don't toss bread, etc. to fish and waterfowl
(as this is, indeed, feeding alligators as well)!

If you have an emergency requiring the Community Manager's immediate attention,

If you have an issue that requires a face-to-face conversation with the Community Manager,
please call the office (863-299-9705)
to make an appointment as there are limited in-person office hours.

If any resident is experiencing problems with the gate system,
please contact the Community Manager's Office as soon as possible.
They are prepared to work with you to solve any gate problems you may be experiencing.

(EVEN IF THEY SAY "FLUSHABLE" ON THE LABEL)
OR DISPOSABLE DIAPERS DOWN YOUR TOILET OR ANY PUBLIC TOILETS!
The equipment at the sewage treatment plant has been overwhelmed by wipes and disposable diapers. If you have a caregiver who comes into your home, please make sure that they are also aware of this issue. (Community Manager's Office 1/8/22)
